Terms

I (the “Trainee”) am over the age of 18 years and agree to the following:

I wish to undertake a training program with The Sanctuary of Ananda, formerly the Sanctuary of Tantra (the “Sanctuary”) and agree and acknowledge that my training is for educational purposes only. The training classes will be deemed to be started at the pre-arranged session time and any lost time due to late arrival will not be made up at the end of a session. If I miss a training class, a replacement class will only be offered by the Sanctuary in extreme and legitimate circumstances and at the Sanctuary’s absolute discretion.

I acknowledge that the Sanctuary undertakes to complete my training program with me, however should the Sanctuary for any reason (such as reasonable concerns with my health and/or the health and safety of others) wish to terminate my training program, the Sanctuary may, at their absolute discretion, offer a later date for me to complete my training and/or a partial refund of the training fees for any classes not completed.

I acknowledge that I must pay the total fee required for the training program to the Sanctuary and that no Certification noting my completion of the course will be issued until the Sanctuary has received payment of the course fees in full.

I agree to uphold and respect the privacy, integrity, authenticity and heart space of the Sanctuary and respect the Sanctuary’s staff and course members.

I acknowledge that no audio recording is permitted during the duration of the training.

I will provide the Sanctuary with personal information as to any mental, emotional or physical health issues and/or diagnoses which may impact on my ability to complete the training program. The Sanctuary will at all times keep this information private and confidential and will not disclose to any third party, unless required by law, should the Sanctuary reasonably believe any such condition will impact on the ability to practice Tantra with Clients.

I understand that the Sanctuary is committed to providing a professional and confidential Tantra Training outline and no personal information of any kind or email addresses will ever be forwarded or shared with a third party, except if required by law.

The Sanctuary will not be held liable for any damages, however suffered, flowing from the direct or indirect use of, or reliance upon, the training undertaken.

Any deposit payable by me is non-refundable and I agree and acknowledge I will be liable for all course fees absolutely if I change my mind or do not attend the Training for any reason whatsoever.

Medical conditions

The Sanctuary considers the following medical conditions may impact on their ability to complete any training or sessions with the Sanctuary and requires disclosure from me as to the same. I advise the Sanctuary the following medical conditions apply to me as marked:
